Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales Team in the Southeast and seeks driven professionals who thrive on building relationships, solving business challenges, and controlling their own financial success.

As a Commercial Outside Sales Professional, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, property managers, facility managers, healthcare providers, hospitality organizations, manufacturers, and retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company leads.
• Identify opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand challenges.
• Design customized pest management solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships generating recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activity and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure service excellence.
