Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Sales Team in the Southeast and seeks driven professionals who thrive on building relationships and solving business challenges. You’ll protect operations and brand reputation with customized pest prevention programs for diverse commercial clients.

The role emphasizes prospecting, consultative selling, and building long-term partnerships, with a focus on personal earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of outside sales experience.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest management services.
• Strong computer proficiency and CRM experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand challenges.
• Design customized pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships generating recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain sales activity, pipeline, and customer information in the CRM.
• Partner with Operations to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
