Aruza Pest Control in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Professional to build and manage a growing commercial portfolio. You’ll identify pest management risks, understand clients’ operations, and design customized prevention programs while generating new business and protecting people, property, and brand reputation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of commercial pest management services.
• Strong computer proficiency and CRM experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized commercial pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
