Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales team in the Southeast, seeking driven professionals who thrive on building relationships and solving business challenges. You will identify pest management risks, tailor prevention programs, and generate new business while protecting client operations.

This role emphasizes prospecting, networking, consultative selling, and long-term partnerships, with a guaranteed income during the first four months and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B)
• Experience in prospecting, networking, and closing new business
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest management services
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and leads
• Identify opportunities across multiple industries
• Conduct facility inspections and pest risk assessments
• Meet with decision-makers to understand challenges and design pest management solutions
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
• Negotiate contracts and close opportunities
• Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure service satisfaction
• Represent Aruza with professionalism and integrity
