California Bank of Commerce seeks a Loan Processing Coordinator to manage processing and closing of Commercial, Construction, and related loans, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to bank policies. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers/Underwriters, and Banking Services Officers to collect due diligence for credit files.

Responsibilities include reviewing conditions, gathering documents, coordinating closings, and ensuring accurate filing and funding.

Formación

• Proficiency with standard office software and banking systems.
• Ability to review and interpret credit approvals and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review credit approval conditions to determine documentation needs.
• Save loan files and supporting documents per policy.
• Review entity docs to determine loan signers and authority.
• Order/review third-party reports (OFACs, title, UCCs, etc.).
• Coordinate loan closings with borrowers and internal teams.
• Prepare disbursement information and ensure correct funding.
• File UCCs and ensure collateral perfection.
• Process post-closing tasks and follow up on exceptions.
