Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator to support Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers with loan processing and closing activities. You will manage an assigned pipeline across loan types, perform due diligence, coordinate with clients, attorneys, and internal partners, and ensure data accuracy in our systems.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and timely closing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field or commensurate experience.
Minimum 2 years in Commercial Loan Operations or Commercial Banking loan support.
Knowledge of legal documentation and loan structure; paralegal experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent written and oral communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Determine due diligence requirements for each deal and plan closing accordingly.
Coordinate with RMs, clients, and attorneys to meet closing dates.
Validate loan documents and ensure compliance with credit approval.
Support closing by coordinating with Portfolio Administrators and fee processing.
Communicate with third-party vendors and internal partners to resolve issues.
