Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator to support Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in the processing and closing of commercial loans. You will manage a pipeline across loan types, act as a Pre-Closing Liaison, and ensure due diligence, compliance, and accurate data across the bank's systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in commercial banking lending.
• Knowledge of legal documentation and loan structure.
• Experience with commercial loan operations or loan support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine due diligence for each deal; communicate requirements and plan to meet closing date.
• Identify needed modifications to loan documents based on preliminary review.
• Validate KYC status and coordinate with external legal counsel for closings.
