Job summary

California Bank of Commerce, N.A. in Irvine is seeking a Loan Processing Coordinator to manage the processing and closing of Commercial, Construction, Letter of Credit and Consumer loans in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

You will work with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers/Underwriters and Banking Services Officers to gather due diligence information for credit files. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, proper filing, and coordinating loan closings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years’ experience in banking/lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and close Commercial, Construction, LC and Consumer loans per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Gather due diligence information with Relationship Managers and Underwriters.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and adherence to bank procedures and laws.
• Coordinate loan closings and disbursements with Borrower, Title/Escrow, and Attorney as needed.
• Verify signatures, initials, and notarizations; ensure UCCs are filed and collateral is perfected.
