Job summary

Bank of Wisconsin Dells is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Specialist to support the commercial lending team. You will coordinate loan documentation, closings, booking, servicing, and portfolio administration while working with lenders, credit, loan operations, compliance, customers and third-party partners.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in loan processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan-related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review documentation for commercial loans and related credit products.
• Gather financial, organizational, collateral, and other due diligence documents.
• Review approvals, credit memoranda, and closing requirements to align with approved terms.
• Support audits, loan reviews, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations by gathering documentation and responding to requests.
• Identify and communicate documentation, operational, compliance, or customer service concerns to the appropriate internal person.
• Provide support to lending and loan operations functions as needed.
