Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Banking Documentation Specialist in Wisconsin to support loan closing processes, prepare and review documents, and ensure accuracy for business loans. The role reports to the Sr Manager, Commercial Banking Operations and involves preparing closing packages and coordinating with lenders.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with business loan documentation and/or auditing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review loan closing documentation and attachments for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare documents needed for loan closing and package for review.
• Book and service business loans in the core system and process related disbursements.
• Maintain accurate checklists and follow-ups to ensure compliance.
• Assemble and organize business files, including signed documents for vault storage.
• Perform backups and assist administrative staff as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing tasks and special projects as assigned.
