Job summary

Community State Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to manage all aspects of loan processing for commercial, agricultural, SBA and consumer loans. This role supports lenders and ensures end-to-end accuracy in documentation.

You will review requirements, gather HMDA info, coordinate with Business Bankers, and ensure compliance with internal policies and state/federal laws. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of credit or lending experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of loan documentation with accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review LOS system for input accuracy and data integrity.
• Process commercial, agricultural, SBA and consumer loan documents.
• Coordinate with bankers for collateral and signing authority.
• Order title commitments and UCC filings as needed.
• Provide quality control reviews of loan documents before signing.
