Job summary

One Community Bank in Stoughton, WI is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to support the flow of business lending from request to closing. You will prepare and review loan documents, coordinate closing logistics, and maintain loan records with accuracy and compliance.

The role requires experience with loan documentation, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills to support lenders and external partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred and at least 2 years banking experience.
• Detail oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
• Positive, pleasant attitude and willingness to assist in other functions as needed.
• Knowledge of loan documentation software, fair lending, project management, and financial services rules/regulations.
• Understanding of business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (LaserPro/Abrigo preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Compile data from multiple sources and assemble closing document packages.
• Review entity documentation, identify signers, and ensure documents are properly executed.
• Prepare loan documents in LaserPro with correct structure and language; deliver on time.
• Order title work and flood determinations; review title reports and confirm title insurance.
• Coordinate with title companies on closings, including wiring and disbursement of funds.
• Perfect collateral (mortgages, assignments of rents, title liens, UCC filings, etc.) and manage documentation.
• Board new loans in the core system; complete renewals/modifications and portfolio maintenance.
• Provide responsive support to lenders and external partners; address QC/audit findings.
• Handle phone/email inquiries, correspondence, scanning, and related administrative support.
