Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Banking Operations specialist in Wisconsin to assist with commercial loan documentation, closing, post-closing and booking in the core system. You will prepare closing packages, ensure accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with administrators and lenders.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and three years of commercial documentation or auditing experience.
• Experience or ability to use Microsoft Office and lending systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of business loan, real estate, and asset documentation preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Understanding of related policies and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Review loan closing documents and attachments; ensure an approved and complete document request order is received.
• Prepare all documents needed for loan closing, review for accuracy and compliance before packaging for administrator/lender; peer review may be required.
• Book closed loans to core system and process disbursements, including vendor payments and lien filings.
• Complete and update required checklists to verify correct processes and follow up on exceptions.
• Generate management and compliance reports in required software.
• Create and track exceptions for missing documents and liens, updating loan files accordingly.
• Assemble business files, label documents, and send original signature files to vault; perform backups as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
