Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years experience in legal or financial documentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and documentation review systems.

• Knowledge of loan processing, real estate and commercial documentation is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loan closings by coordinating lenders, attorneys, title companies and internal teams.
• Manage loan closing pipeline and communicate timelines with stakeholders.
• Request and review supporting documents to verify compliance with approvals and closing procedures.
• Confirm title, vehicle and UCC searches meet collateral standards and update as needed.
• Prepare checklists for document packages and ensure accurate processing.
• Review credit approval and closing packages for compliance with guidelines.
• Attend in-house closings to support lenders and members and verify signatures.
• Distribute executed loan packages to processing staff and file liens and payments.
• Provide backup support to Processing Staff and perform other duties as assigned.
