Landmark Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support commercial loan documentation, closing, and post-closing activities. You will prepare closing packages, review for accuracy, and book loans into the core system while coordinating with admins, lenders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with three years of direct experience in business/commercial documentation and/or auditing.
• Proficiency or ability to gain proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems used for business lending.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of business loan, real estate and business asset documentation preferred.
• Strong multitasking and deadline-driven performance with attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Familiarity with company policies and applicable state and federal laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review loan closing documentation and attachments to ensure complete and approved requests.
• Prepare documents for loan closing and review for accuracy and compliance before packaging.
• Book and disburse loans to core systems and handle related tasks (vendor invoices, liens, title work).
• Complete and update checklists to verify processes and follow-up on exceptions.
• Generate management and compliance reports in required software.
• Create and track exceptions for missing documents and lien filings; update records as documents are received.
• Assemble and organize business files; manage physical and digital labeling; send originals to vault.
• Provide backup to Administrative and Servicing Staff as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
