Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Banking Operations Specialist to assist the department with loan documentation, closing, post-closing and booking of business loans. You’ll prepare closing packages, review for accuracy, and support wire transfers for external closings as needed.

You will maintain organized loan files, track exceptions, and ensure compliance across state and federal regulations while interacting with members and professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years in business/commercial documentation or auditing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Review loan closing docs and attachments to ensure complete, accurate requests.
• Prepare documents for loan closing and review for accuracy and compliance.
• Book closed loans to core system and handle post-closing disbursements.
• Update checklists and follow up on exceptions and missing documents.
• Produce management and compliance reports in required software.
• Organize business files and maintain confidential records.
