Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book. Under supervision, you will deliver superior client service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

You will assist with account setup, document management in EPIC, and timely communications to clients and carriers, using templates for BORs, proposals, and change requests. Licensing in Property & Casualty is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring tasks are accurate and timely.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system-generated letters and forms to produce standard client communications in CARS/EPIC.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member.
• Order loss runs.
