Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts. You will assist with routine service activities, renewal coordination, and maintenance of policy/client records to ensure high-quality service and strong client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include using EPIC to manage details, summarizing loss history and current programs, drafting proposals, and coordinating audits, endorsements, and billing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize loss history and current programs for large clients.
• Draft proposals, stewardship reports, and other presentations using templates and system-generated letters.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate policy endorsements and audits; resolve audit disputes.
• Process cancellations and non-renewals; order loss runs and endorsements as needed.
