King Risk Partners seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to safeguard client businesses with tailored insurance solutions. You will guide clients through complex risks and ensure confident growth across a portfolio of accounts.

You will report to the Senior Account Executive, utilizing CRM tools and analytics to enhance engagement and service delivery in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
• State license and strong understanding of insurance regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills to assess risks and craft client-centric solutions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for policy and client management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve an annual renewal retention rate of 95%.
• Conduct risk assessments for 100+ commercial accounts, advising on coverage and policies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive 20% annual policy growth.
• Manage policy documents and endorsements within 48 hours of client request.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior account executives to boost team capability and client service.
