Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management with a proven track record in client retention and business growth.
State insurance license and strong understanding of insurance regulations and policies.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop practical, client-centric solutions.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient policy and client management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve a 95% annual renewal retention rate.
Conduct risk assessments for a portfolio of 100+ commercial accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow policy volume by 20% annually.
Manage policy documents and endorsements with a 48-hour turnaround.
Mentor and collaborate with junior account executives to enhance client service.
