Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and the use of technology.

You will manage a book of commercial insurance clients, build strong relationships, and support coverage strategies. Responsibilities include renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing, with opportunities to cross-sell and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Active P&C license required.
• Experience with agency management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing.
• Identify cross-sell and account growth opportunities and support retention goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
