Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You’ll build strong client relationships and manage policy servicing with a view to expanded coverage. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions, promote digital tools, and ensure high-value service for a diverse commercial client base.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines and/or account management.
• Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship contact for assigned commercial clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support retention goals.
