Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to maintain policy services and client relationships for assigned accounts. You will manage day-to-day service, collaborate with client advisors, and drive retention and growth through proactive account management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, preparing proposals, and ensuring accuracy in account documentation. On-site collaboration and leadership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong math or accounting skills.
• High level of critical thinking; problem solving.
• Attention to detail with minimal errors.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology including MS Office.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epic a plus.
• Able to function independently and as part of a team.
• Complies with continuing education requirements for license.
• Keeps informed about industry information and new production.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist advisors with account updates and coverage.
• Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and determine best carrier.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals for risk management decisions.
• Provide day-to-day service and timely responses to client needs.
• Handle initial claims reports and follow up to ensure progress.
• Monitor carrier activities and endorsements to fulfill responsibilities.
• Complete account reviews and round out insurance portfolios.
• Keep clients updated on pending changes in the insurance world.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support management initiatives.
• Adhere to agency standards and policies.
