Acrisure seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our expanding Client Service Center. This role manages a book of commercial insurance clients focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling, using technology to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

You will build strong relationships, handle policy servicing, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored coverage strategies.

Formación

• Active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
• Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
