Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. You will manage a book of commercial insurance clients with a focus on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross‑selling.

With active P&C licensure and experience in commercial lines, you will build strong client relationships, oversee policy servicing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored coverage strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines and/or account management.
• Active P&C license required.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients; manage renewals, policy changes, and day‑to‑day servicing.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and support retention and growth goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Deliver high‑quality client service and support business needs.
