Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to maintain policy administration and support client service needs on assigned accounts. You will drive retention, renewal success, and up-sell opportunities while coordinating with client advisors to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in commercial insurance, a P&C license, and professional designations such as CISR Elite or CIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years commercial insurance experience.
• Property and Casualty license required for state.
• CISR Elite, CIC or other advanced designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and insurance programs.
• Market, quote, and prepare proposals for clients.
• Provide day-to-day service and respond to client questions promptly.
• Assist or oversee account reviews and round out insurance portfolios.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and communications.
