Job Details
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents, ensuring timely processing.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with commercial clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Obtain renewal quotes, process renewals, and handle cancellations or non-renewals as needed.
  • Prepare marketing submissions for existing accounts as required.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling appropriate coverages.
  • Support miscellaneous tasks to contribute to team and agency growth.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management.
  • Experience with large lines of commercial insurance.
  • Active Property & Casualty License (all lines).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and document processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Applied/EPIC is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to professional development; college degree or industry designations preferred.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for client experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, even under pressure.
