Responsibilities

• Manage a book of large lines business, including renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents.
• Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Obtain renewal quotes, process renewals, and handle cancellations or non-renewals.
• Prepare marketing submissions for existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance customer service or account management.
• Experience with large commercial insurance lines.
• Active Property & Casualty License (all lines).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Degree or industry designations preferred.
