Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents.
• Conduct consultative discussions with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Obtain renewal quotes, process renewals, and handle cancellations or non-renewals as necessary.
• Prepare marketing submissions for existing accounts.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling appropriate coverages.
• Support miscellaneous tasks to contribute to team and agency growth.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management, with experience in large commercial insurance lines.
• Active Property & Casualty License (all lines).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and document processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant college degree or industry designations preferred.
