Manage a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents. Conduct consultative discussions with commercial clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Obtain renewal quotes, process renewals, and handle cancellations or non-renewals as necessary. Prepare marketing submissions for existing accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
