Title: Employee Benefits Account Executive (service focused role)
Location: Washington, DC (REMOTE – Must live in MD/DC/VA)
Compensation: $90,000k - $110,000k + bonus + excellent benefits (dependent upon experience)
Summary:
Our client, a nationally recognized Employee Benefits Broker, has a need for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team. Position is REMOTE, but MUST live in either MD, DC, VA area for client travel. This position is open due to growth. As the AE, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service quality of a book of business that is focused on the large market space (100-500 in lives). With the support of a team of junior analyst and account managers, you will be responsible for 15-20 accounts, both fully insured & self-funded groups. Acting as primary point of contact for clients and mainly responsible for strategy.
