Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

About the role

Manage a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents. Conduct consultative discussions with clients, build strong relationships, and handle renewals and cancellations. Prepare marketing submissions and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Support team growth and contribute to agency success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management
• Experience with large commercial insurance lines
• Active Property & Casualty License (all lines)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude, resilience, and customer service focus
