About the Role

You will manage a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, and insurance documentation. Conduct client consultations, build relationships with clients and carriers, and handle renewals and cancellations. Prepare marketing submissions and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in insurance customer service or account management
• Experience with large commercial insurance lines
• Active Property & Casualty License (all lines)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional development commitment; degree or industry designations preferred
