A leading company is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage large lines business. This full-time remote role involves client consultations, policy renewals, and relationship management. Ideal candidates will have insurance experience and strong communication skills.
This role involves managing a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents. The position requires conducting consultative discussions with commercial clients to assess needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers is essential. Responsibilities also include obtaining renewal quotes, processing renewals, handling cancellations or non-renewals, and preparing marketing submissions. Additionally, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and supporting team growth are part of the role.
Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management, experience with large commercial insurance lines, an active Property & Casualty License, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. A college degree or industry designations are preferred. The role is full-time and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
