Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a designated book of large lines business, including renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and documents.
• Conduct consultative discussions with clients to assess needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Obtain renewal quotes, process renewals, and handle cancellations or non-renewals.
• Prepare marketing submissions for existing accounts as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Support miscellaneous tasks to contribute to team and agency growth.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management.
• Experience with large lines of commercial insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty License (all lines).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and document processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional development commitment; college degree or industry designations preferred.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong customer service skills.
• Effective prioritization and communication skills.
