Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Atlanta to manage policy maintenance and service for a portfolio of accounts. You will build strong client relationships, round out coverage, and up-sell where appropriate, while coordinating with client advisors and carriers.

This role requires a state license, insurance designations if possible, and an on-site presence to support collaboration and leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years commercial insurance experience or equivalent.
• State Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• CISR Elite or CIC or other advanced designations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policy servicing and client retention for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with client advisors to review exposures and recommend coverage.
• Prepare proposals and market placements for risk management.
• Provide day-to-day service and respond to client inquiries.
• Monitor endorsements, claims, and carrier activities to protect the client.
