Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years credit analysis and/or lending experience.
• Working knowledge of federal/state banking/lending laws and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures and terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages commercial loan relationships with a high level of customer service.
• Provides support to Relationship Managers and the lending team in credit analysis and underwriting.
• Monitors compliance with bank policies, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares credit approval packages, term sheets, and commitment letters.
• Ensures timely receipt of financial information and tracks covenant/borrowing base compliance.
• Assists with Watch List credits and input of loan requests into processing systems.
