Origin Bank in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Commercial Relationship Banker to manage assigned loan relationships and support the lending team with credit analysis, documentation, and underwriting tasks. You will monitor covenants, ensure timely financial reporting, and help maintain compliance with banking regulations.

The role emphasizes relationship management, accurate credit information, and collaboration with Relationship Managers to optimize credit quality and client service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years credit analysis and/or lending experience.
• Working knowledge of federal/state banking/lending laws and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures and terminology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manages commercial loan relationships with a high level of customer service.
• Provides support to Relationship Managers and the lending team in credit analysis and underwriting.
• Monitors compliance with bank policies, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares credit approval packages, term sheets, and commitment letters.
• Ensures timely receipt of financial information and tracks covenant/borrowing base compliance.
• Assists with Watch List credits and input of loan requests into processing systems.
