Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of solid experience in new business development, deal structuring, underwriting and portfolio management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Computer literate with the ability to utilize programs including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word and bank software.
• Able to multitask while prioritizing responsibilities and tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, including solicitation of referrals and cold calling to identify and acquire high value relationships.
• Interview potential clients, determine loan requirements and introduce appropriate Bank products.
• Manage credit portfolio and maintain close customer contact.
• Coordinate with other Bank departments in blitz days, joint client meetings and community events.
• Monitor credit quality and data integrity.
• Manage a portfolio of loans and lines of credit and monitor delinquency and risk.
• Participate in the loan application process and ensure timely collection of documents.
• Maintain communication with underwriting to ensure client needs are met and loans close timely.
