Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years credit analysis and/or lending experience.
• Working knowledge of banking/lending laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercial loan relationships and provide high level client support.
• Prepare credit packages, term sheets and commitment letters.
• Monitor covenants, borrowing base and loan documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate underwriting, review appraisals, and assist with credit approvals.
• Maintain timely receipt of financial information and support relationship managers.
