Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 5 years related experience) required.
• MBA preferred; strong communication and presentation skills essential.
• Knowledge of rate and risk structure of portfolio management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain commercial lending relationships.
• Collect/analyze financial info to support loan decisions.
• Monitor credit quality and stay within bank standards.
• Oversee past-due loans and delinquency collection.
• Make recommendations for charge-offs and recoveries; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop loan products aligned with bank goals and practices.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and information security for lending.
• Assist in training and benchmarking for lending staff.
• Prepare monthly loan portfolio reports for the Board.
