Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Relationship Managers in all phases of commercial lending activities, including acquiring and closing loan originations and renewals, portfolio administration, and client service.

The role requires high school completion and 3+ years of lending support experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and LaserPro. E-Verify is used for employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience in a lending department; Commercial lending concept and loan documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expected.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal and commitment letters and assist in scheduling appointments.
• Prepare loan documents and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• File mortgage, UCC, and other documents; process disbursement requests.
• Monitor delinquencies, assist with portfolio reviews and loan servicing tasks.
• Respond to customer and branch service issues and participate in client calls.
