Job summary

Anthropic seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead Product Program Management, the central program management function within the Product organization.

You will oversee managers and program managers across Commercialization Operations, Community and Executive Escalations Operations, and Marketplace Operations, building a generalist bench to incubate new cross-functional programs for the Product organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading cross-functional programs and operations.
• Proven ability to build and scale programs from conception to durable operations.
• Strong judgment in prioritization across product, engineering, GTM and finance.

Responsibilities

• Set the team's charter and priorities for cross-functional programs.
• Build partnerships with Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and more.
• Hire, lead, and develop managers and program managers across multiple operations domains.
• Incubate new cross-functional programs and mature them into pillars or new ownership.
• Define success metrics and report progress to Product leadership.
• Provide coaching and career development for direct reports.
