Job summary

The Earthscape Company in Harrisburg, NC is seeking a qualified business developer to drive growth by pursuing commercial and residential opportunities. You will work closely with ownership and management to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

Daily duties include identifying prospects, presenting proposals, building client relationships, and coordinating with crews to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling landscaping or related services is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals.
• Strong proposal and estimate presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect residential and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and homeowners.
• Follow up on leads and close new contracts.
• Coordinate with crews to ensure client expectations are met.
• Attend networking events and build referral partnerships.
