The role functions as an intermediary between Monarch Operations staff and prospective clients, delivering growth through strategic prospecting and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related work and 3+ years in B2B sales, with a Bachelor's in Business or Horticulture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years related work experience.
• At least 3 years B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed.
• Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and/or other relevant licenses a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Operations management to develop, present and negotiate the portfolio of services.
• Manage opportunities through client database to provide visibility of sales efforts.
• Develop contacts and prospects to ensure long-term profitability.
• Generate job estimates/bid proposals with scope of work and measurements.
• Attend RFP pre-bid meetings and presentations.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with key clients for future opportunities.
