LHH US seeks a Landscape Sales professional to drive new business across commercial landscape installation and enhancement projects. This hunter role focuses on revenue growth, client relationships, and winning solutions, with a strong emphasis on plant knowledge and estimating.

The ideal candidate will meet prospects, develop project estimates, and close profitable deals, leveraging CRM and estimating tools. Hybrid work in Oak Ridge, NC with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in landscape sales, business development, or estimating within the landscape industry.
• Experience selling landscape installation, enhancements, hardscapes, irrigation, drainage, lighting, or related outdoor construction services.
• Strong understanding of estimating, production costs, plant materials, and project profitability.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development with commercial and residential clients.
• Meet with prospective customers, evaluate project sites, identify client needs, and develop winning solutions for landscape installation and enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
