Job summary

Vizmeg Landscape is seeking a driven Business Developer to expand our commercial grounds maintenance and snow management footprint across Northeast Ohio. The BD will win multi-year service contracts with property decision-makers, focusing on B2B outside sales with local management companies and property owners.

The role emphasizes building relationships with decision-makers, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets across multiple verticals in the Greater Akron and Cleveland

Qualifications

1–3 years of B2B sales in commercial landscape, facility management, or building services.
CRM proficiency and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to open doors with decision-makers and close multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Sales (80%): Prospect, estimate, and close recurring service contracts across Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, Multi-Family, HOA, and Retail verticals; build relationships with Community Managers and Property Managers through in-person visits and marketing.
Networking & Pipeline (20%): Engage in industry groups (BOMA, IFMA, AGC), maintain CRM records, and report monthly sales forecasts to executive leadership.
