Vizmeg Landscape is seeking a driven Business Developer to grow our commercial landscape maintenance and snow management footprint in Northeast Ohio. You will focus on B2B outside sales with property owners and management companies, building relationships to win multi-year service contracts.

The role emphasizes prospecting, estimating, and closing contracts while leveraging CRM to manage a strong pipeline. A driver’s license and a proven sales track record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales in commercial landscape or related fields.
• Knowledge of commercial maintenance, snow management, and RFP processes.
• Proven ability to open doors with decision-makers and close multi-year contracts.
• CRM proficiency, driver's license, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Sales: Prospect, estimate, and close recurring service contracts across verticals.
• Networking & Pipeline: Engage in industry groups, maintain CRM, and report monthly forecasts to leadership.
