Vizmeg Landscape is seeking a driven Business Developer to grow our commercial landscape maintenance and snow management footprint in Northeast Ohio. You will focus on B2B outside sales with property owners and management companies, building relationships to win multi-year service contracts.

The role emphasizes prospecting, estimating, and closing contracts while leveraging CRM to manage a strong pipeline. A driver’s license and a proven sales track record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales in commercial landscape or related fields.
• Knowledge of commercial maintenance, snow management, and RFP processes.
• Proven ability to open doors with decision-makers and close multi-year contracts.
• CRM proficiency, driver's license, and clean driving record.

Business Developer- Commercial Landscape Maintenance & Snow Management

Location: Stow, OH (Greater Akron & Cleveland Area)

Type: Full-Time, Exempt | Reports To: Division Manager

Overview

Vizmeg Landscape is seeking a driven Business Developer (BD) to expand our commercial grounds maintenance and snow management footprint across Northeast Ohio. In this role, you will win multi-year service contracts with property decision-makers. The BD's primary focus is B2B outside sales with local management companies and property owners/decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Sales (80%): Prospect, estimate, and close recurring service contracts across Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, Multi-Family, HOA, and Retail verticals. Build direct relationships with Community Managers and Property Managers through in-person visits and marketing.
• Networking & Pipeline (20%): Engage in industry groups (BOMA, IFMA, AGC), maintain CRM records, and report monthly sales forecasts directly to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1-3 years of B2B sales in commercial landscape, facility management, or building services.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial maintenance, snow management, and institutional RFP processes.
• Proven Results: Demonstrated success opening doors with decision-makers and closing multi-year contracts.
• Requirements: CRM proficiency, driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Pay: Competitive Base Salary (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission
