Job summary

OakLawn Landscaping, LLC in Columbia, MD is seeking a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, drive client satisfaction, and grow revenue through enhancement sales.

You will partner with operations, conduct site inspections, manage proposals and renewals, and champion quality across landscapes while delivering outstanding service to property managers, HOAs, and business owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in landscape account management or related fields.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and business owners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and operations teams.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve landscape appearance and property health.
• Identify, estimate, and sell landscape enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on enhancement proposals.
• Monitor service quality and recommend operational improvements.
