Job summary

Living Colour Landscapes is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our commercial landscaping division. You will serve as the primary point of contact for HOA communities, property managers, and commercial properties, maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing landscape maintenance services.

The role involves identifying enhancement opportunities, coordinating with field crews, and ensuring projects meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscaping or landscape account management preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and irrigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with commercial landscaping clients, property managers, and HOA representatives.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure landscape quality and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications, service requests, and property concerns.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure services are completed efficiently and per standards.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and present proposals.
• Maintain records of client communications and service activities.
